The Presidential Olympic Banquet (11 December 2004)    
 


Responsible for the organisation and coordination of the Presidential Olympic Banquet held at Bryntirion Estates.
Responsible for sourcing 2 caterers to provide a tasting to the DPW for VIP menu selection. The management and coordination of all catering requirements including the layouts of the kitchens provided.
Proposing and implementing the approved theme for the event including all décor, menus, table plans, name cards and greenery.
Sourcing and providing all furniture necessary such as chairs, tables as well as provide all linen in relation to the selected theme for the luncheon. This to include all chair covers, table linen and serviettes.
Provision of screening of structures
To supply, management and implement all cleaning services
To source, manage and implement all labour requirements in relation to proper Labour Law practices.
To ensure adherence to programme, schedules and proceedings
Coordinate all logistics and service providers for this event
To assist with all administration and budget procedures
Sourcing of entertainment for the evening and stage direction thereof.
Provision of all staffing requirements including waiters, wine stewards, barmen and ushers.
